How do I sign up for the Gordie beta?
Start here: https://gordie.co/
Click one of the Start buttons, and go through the flow to design your custom interview questions. At the end, we’ll ask for your email address. Send it over, and you’ll get the registration email.
Why do I have to use my phone or QuickTime / OBS Studio on my desktop to record my video?
We are working on mobile apps for Apple and Android that are going to make recording WAY easier. These should be ready by early June 2026.
In the meantime, to ensure we get high-quality video content, we ask that you either record the video on your phone (recommended!) or on your computer using a trusted app like QuickTime (for Mac) or OBS Studio (for PC.) When your interview ends, you’ll be able to drag & drop the video file.
I don’t think my video upload worked. Is there another way to get you the video?

How can I get another interview to record?
When you’re logged in to app.gordie.co, you’ll see a button that says “Design my interview.” Click it, and you’ll go through the question creation flow again to get another interview.
Is the editing of the social clips done by AI or humans?
