How do I sign up for the TeenyPod beta?
Email [email protected] and we’ll get you in.
How does the system choose what questions to ask me?
For now, given we’re reaching out to beta participants before they interview, we create the interview questions based on what we know about you and what you’re trying to achieve with your social clips. In the near future, you’ll work with our AI system to create and edit questions on your own.
Why do I have to use QuickTime / OBS Studio to record my video?
We are working to support video recordings right in the browser, but the tech isn’t quite ready yet. For now, to ensure we get high-quality video content, we ask that you record the video on your computer using a trusted app like QuickTime (for Mac) or OBS Studio (for PC.) When your interview ends, you’ll be able to drag & drop the video file.
How do I upload more than 1 video file?
Email [email protected] if you need to upload another video from your interview.
How can I get another interview to record?
Click “Send an idea” under the “Create your own interview” section on your logged in home screen to tell us what you’re looking for. (Or, just email us at [email protected])
Is the editing of the social clips done by AI or humans?
Humans! We’ve tried some AI tools but they just aren’t there yet. Humans are simply better at telling human stories.
Should I publish my Spotify podcast?
Up to you! Some people like the credibility it offers and the format it gives them to tell interconnected and longer stories than a social clip. People love being able to link to their podcast from their website, profiles, email signatures, LinkedIn, etc.
