Podcast Producers are the ones who plan and create episodes for their podcast. This is when your podcast truly comes to life!

Creating an episode and inviting a Guest go hand-in-hand. You can’t create an episode without a Guest, and you can’t add a Guest with no episode for them to record.

Here’s how to do it:

1. In your “Producer’s desk,” click the “Create episode” button

1. On the “Create episode” page
   1. Enter the email address of the Guest you want to record the episode. You can only invite one person at a time.
   2. Pick the interview you want them to record. It will depend on what story you want them to tell. We have a library of interview formats, and you can read all about them and see some sample questions right on that page. If you don’t see the interview type that works for you, click “Create my own interview” and we’ll work with you on getting our AI interview host to ask exactly what you want.

1. Click the “Create episode & invite guest” button
2. Your guest will get an email inviting them to record their episode. If they haven’t registered yet, it will have them register first.
3. In the Producer’s desk, you’ll be able to keep an eye on the status of the episode.
4. You can edit the episode title and description at any time from the Producer’s desk. Once the episode has been recorded by the Guest, you can schedule it to go live.
