When you sign up for a private group podcast, you are automatically given the classic Real Human Interview. It’s an approximately 39 minute interview with expertly crafted questions that ask about the interviewee’s childhood, work life, and the things that make them who they are. Most groups stick with this interview, but some like to customize. Here are some ideas of what can be customized:

• Some people want longer or shorter interviews
• Some want to add specific questions or lines of questioning
  • We’ve had organizations create questions that reflect their organization’s values or ask about a specific event that occurred
  • We’ve had corporate clients add in questions like: “Where do you like to work from in the office?” or “What’s the best way to reach you?” or “What time of day do you get your best work done?”
  • For school reunions, it’s nice to ask questions like “What have you been up to since graduation?” or “What’s something you want your classmates to know that doesn’t come up naturally in typical reunion conversations?” or “Do you have a funny memory from your time at school?” or “What was your favorite class and why?”
  • You get the idea!
• Some have ideas for what Sam should say in the podcast intro or outro
• Some have custom music they want to use in the podcast
